If the appointment of the agent shouldn’t be decreased to writing inside thirty days, it is voidable on the opinion of both social gathering. The trustees are entitled to nominate a managing agent and should do so if directed by a simple majority of members of the BC’s at a general assembly or by a registered mortgagee who holds 50% of the bonds within a scheme.
